1. Can you use your water bill for payment at the landfill?

Yes, individuals are allowed to bring one load of waste per month (for free) by showing their water bill. They are only allowed to bring household trash, no demolition waste.

2. Do I have to secure my load of waste?

Yes. The waste must be secured with a tarp before transporting on the city roadways. There will be a $15 surcharge attached to the bill if the load is unsecured.
