BIDS:

Consider and act on awarding the bid for the following City owned real properties College Avenue Tracts 1-4: (Pages 7-13)


Tract 1: Being a part of Lot Number Two (2), in Block Number Five (5), of the ORIGINAL TOWN OF SNYDER, Scurry County, Texas, as shown on plat recorded in Book 1, page 358, of the Deed Records of Scurry County, Texas, described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the East line of said Lot 2 in said Block 5, which is 40.6 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Lot and Block;

THENCE West Ninety feet (W 90') to the Southwest corner of this tract which is 4/10 feet within the East wall of the Harpole Building;

THENCE North Twenty-four feet (N 24') more or less to the outside edge of the north wall of a brick building located on said lot;

THENCE. East with said outside edge of the North wall Ninety feet (90') to the northeast corner of this tract in the East line of said Lot Two (2), in said Block);

THENCE South with said line to said lot and block Twenty-four feet (24 ') more or less to the place of beginning.
