What can YOU do to prepare?
Every citizen has the responsibility to help themselves prepare for disasterous situations.  Preplanning can make the difference between life and death, comfort and distress, hunger and satisfaction, anxiety and relief.   Making plans to contact other family members, care for pets, and sustain youself in the first few minutes and hours after a disaster occurs, just makes good sense.
